Real Estate Boom Continues In Canada’s Largest Cities

The CBC recently released a story how Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto each continue their upwardly mobile real estate boom with significant price increases this past year.

Despite repeated warnings of an overheated market by pundits, home buyers in Canada’s largest cities kept snapping up property throughout 2013, with the number of Toronto home sales up two per cent, Vancouver sales up 14 per cent and Calgary sales up 11 per cent from 2012.

Are Canadians (and let us not forget International Investors) optimists or risk-takers?

Here’s the CBC story.
