This cabin is part of a collection of prefabricated building kits by Form & Forest. D’Arcy Jones Design was commissioned to design the plans.

The dark colour of the wooden facade creates a dramatic contrast with the winter snow.

The abstract vertical pattern imitates the surrounding treescape, creating visual depth.

The cabin is outfitted with 2 bedrooms and a sleeping loft with additional 2 beds and 2 full bathrooms.

The vaulted ceiling living room boasts 180 degrees of forest, mountain and river views.

Isn’t it spectacular?

Despite it’s pristine setting, modern amenities provide all the conveniences.

I LOVE the visually arresting wood stacking partition system behind the stove. Genius!

Perfect for those who want to escape the hustle of city life and immerse themselves in nature, this is a contemporary ‘castle in the sky’.

How fantastic is that?
